I wasn't sure what to search for, and my attempts at searching for random combinations of words yielded nothing. so i'm sorry if this is a common thread- if it is and you could point me in the right direction that would be great.
i've been cutting and i've lost quite a bit of weight. i've been maintaing for awhile but now i want to lean out. basically i want a body more like a soccer player/runner than a body builder. but right now it seems like my chest and abs are building out and not flattening out. what should i be doing if i want to lean out and "flatten" out my chest and abs?
i'm doing a 3 day split, cardio about 3-4+ times a week.
