    This might be a crazy question but hell if you never ask, you will never learn. I have been on my first cycle and I normally like to run a couple miles a night. Since I have been on my cycle, my shines and legs in general have been cramping up after only a short time. Kind of feels like shine splints which I did have a long time ago but this seems to be different. Even if I walk fast for a period of time, they start to hurt. I have been working my legs harder than I did in the past at the gym to try and build them up some. I am going to go buy a new pair of running shoes but it is funny how is started shortly after I started my cycle. I did a search and I can really not find anything but do you think it could be related to the cycle?


  2. Yes. Cramping and "excessive pump" commonly occurs in cycles, especially with drugs that contribute to water retention (M1T, Dbol, Drol, etc). What is your cycle?

    Here is my cycle: (Started 1/15/05)

    500mg of testo enanthate a week (Week 1-12)
    30 mg of dbol (Week 1-4)
    250iu of HCG (Week 4-14 @ 2x week)

    I am a little over two weeks into it at the moment. I thought it was mainly back pumps people talk about. Anything I can do to help it?

  4. I got new shoes and no real big help.. I did a web search and I guess this has been a complaint from others. I will up my water intake and take taurine which looks like it might help.

  6. Welcome to the world of dbol and test. Even if you get the cramping to go away, much water and potassium may help, you will still get massively painful pumps. Wait til about 4 weeks in and just going for a walk gets your calves all pumped up. Good luck.

  7. LOL. Good ole dbol, during my last cycle I would around campus with my backpack, and by the time I got to class my lower back, shins and calves would be so pumped I'd feel like I needed to lie down.

    Drol hasn't done this to me yet, in part I'm thankful but I also miss the post upper body workout pumps, where I could strip down and be amazed at the sheer insanity of it all

  8. Heck even the weaker cousin cycle of sledge test and M1,4AD totally incapacitated me. Walking around the block was too much to handle so I gave up cardio, lifted slept and ate. lol. Lower back pumps and shortness of breath were awful on that cycle.
