Serious advice needed on routine habits!!!

Well I'm going on to wk 4 of my 500 mg of test per week and I just can't seem to hit failure at times. Like my muscles feel like they have there own energy source I don't know about (test). So right now I must be overtraining, so here goes the currentt schedule:
mon- back, bi's, forearm
tues-chest, tri's
wed-legs
thur- shoulders
fri-bi's, back, forearms
sat-tri's, chest
sun- legs
mon- shoulders
abs just about every other day
etc.... I don't ever really rest except when I miss a day here and there. But I always feel ready to go.I have around a 4500 cal , 500-600 g of carbs , 350 to 400 grams of protein.
I'm 5'8" 202lbs and 16% bodyfat

I could use alot of good advice on a great routine for some IMPRESSIVE gains.

thanks for looking guys

i have a simple suggestion. quit overtraining.

nah dude, for real, you might want to try hitting each muscle group once per week instead of twice. just because you're on cycle doesn't make you invincible to overtraining. give it a try.

that's what I have been thinking, but like:
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-legs
thur-shoulder
fri-bi's, forearms
sat-tri's
sun-rest

just a real quick rough draft

yeah, that's one way, or you can double em up and have more days off.

i do it like this. chest/tris, legs/bi's, shoulders/back. M-W-F, with 4 days off from lifting. works for me, just an idea.
