Im wondering if anyone has a workout plan for me. Right now im going to lose weight. I will be on clenbuterol, whey protien, Omega 3 and ALA. IF someone can link me to a list for some good excerises to do while on clen to get even greater results that would be awsome. Also how much should i run/bike on clen? I usually bike 10 miles and run 2 for lacrosse. Im hoping the clen will let me get faster while shed some pounds.
