Physiology/Kinesiology Resource needed

  1. Physiology/Kinesiology Resource needed

I have recently come to injure myself due to improper form, and I am attending physiotherapy. I was hanging out with a "Kinesiologist" in the office and she was showing me proper form. I am wondering if anyone knows any good books that are worth picking up that go into exercise mechanics or something like that? I need a resource to work with so I can learn how to properly execute all exercises and start creating some better habits.

  2. Somewhere in the training or exercise science forum is a whole thread dedicated to video's and tutorials regarding technique on a multitude of exercises. Perhaps someone has it book marked?
