    ok just got back from the gym..and im pissed..attempeted to squat today and my knee is screwed.i have a torn miniscus(sp?) well it decicded to remind me it was there today hasnt bothered me in the least in months.so i stripped soem weight off the bar and still hurts went to a leg press..hurt.this really sucks.im alreadying running quick fixes through my head but i dont think there are any..only thing i think may help is maybe mohn or scoping..which isnt a alt as i jsut started anew job.any suggestions?


  2. Dude I had the exact same thing...it didn't hurt me after months of it hurting but I got it scoped....I had to stay off running for 6 weeks but I could do leg press and ride the bike.

  3. gonna try a few thing if they dont work then i will see a doc..scoping just isnt a option right now
