Dont understand **, B1 ect.... When do i do what? This is a sample of Mon. workout. Stupid question, i know. Thanks for the help.
M-Heavy Push
T-Heavy Push
W-Off
TH-Light/Moderate Pull
F-Light/Moderate Push
SAT-Off
Sun- Heavy Pull
M-Heavy push
...and so on.
**-Deads, 8 sets of 3
A2- DB Curls, 8x3
B1- Weighted pull ups 8x3
B2- SL Deads, 8x3

For example

A2- DB Curls, 8x3

I would kind of prefer you pair a heavy push with a light pull, or vice versa, rather than group the heavy days together. I feel you'd burn out a lot less fast on such a program. Just my 2 cents.
