  1. Alternative lower pec lifts.


    Hello looking for some other lower pec lifts besides decline bench and the hammer strength machine. Reason is decline bench makes me dizzy and the hammer strength machine machine aggravates my shoulders. Thanks Al

  4. Why would you do dips on arms day. Do it on chest.

  5. Heavily weighted dips (and yes, do it on chest day...), Reverse grip flat bench.
    Watch it on this last one, get used to the exercise,
    master the form before loading a lot of weight

  6. The dips hit the triceps too. Ill play around with the days. Also going to work with the reverse grip bench too. Thanks again folks.

    Aside from flys, any chest exercise hits the tris too, that's why most people to them the same day..
