Heavily weighted dips (and yes, do it on chest day...), Reverse grip flat bench.
Watch it on this last one, get used to the exercise,
master the form before loading a lot of weight

The dips hit the triceps too. Ill play around with the days. Also going to work with the reverse grip bench too. Thanks again folks.
