Hammer strength isolateral high row
Has anyone used this machine? I just joined a new gym and they dont have any cable row machines or a t-bar row so i was thinking of using this as my rowing exercies.

We have the low row which is really like a row exercise.. that one looks very similar to our Hammer Iso Lat Pulldown but Hammer Strength is good equipment in my book.
We have about 12 peices from the Hammer line in our gym

I have used it and really like it. Like other HS equipment it feels great on the joins and allows you to work through a really good range of motion. Hits lats nicely.

I hate that thing. It just doesn't seem like I'm getting any good work from it.
I am however a huge fan of this machine
