i have a pain that is in the area of the brachioradialis and wrist extensors. it is within 3inches of the elbow. i mainly feel this when doing pullups/chinups and sometimes when doing cleans. never on rows or deads. it has been bad enough in the past when i was doing pullups 3 days a week i had to stop for 6 weeks and dropped cleans for several weeks as well.
i am looking for a sleeve until this heals. i am not sure if a just a sleeve will work well. i have seen sleeves with an additional compression strap for that area. i was wondering if that would even help.
any thoughts, ideas? for easing the pain as well as improving the area.
