I have been sick for a while and have taken like 12 days off because of it, thing that sucks is those 12 days were the first 12 days of my PCT. Question is should I start MAX-OT in 2 days because that will get the me the 2 week strategic deconditioning you need, and I figure I might as well give it a try. I dont know much about it, but I have heard it is suppossed to be good for size right?
