Alright, here's my split, tell me if it's nuts. I'm focusing on 3 major parts: chest, back, and lower body. I will work these in three consecutive days, take a day off, then three more consecutive days, then a day off, ad infinitum. until my cycle is done. (8 weeks)
For each day it will be one body part; 3 different exercises of 5 sets, reps between 8-10. Emphasis on compound movements (of course) Add 2-3 isolation exercises (abs, shoulders, etc.) of the same rep/set scheme.
For example day 1 would be:
Incline Smith press- 5 sets of 8-10
DB flys- 5 sets of 8-10
BB flat bench press- 5 sets of 8-10
Dips- 5 sets of 8-10
Military Press- 3 sets of 8-10
Lateral Raises- 3 sets of 8-10
Weighted crunches- 4 sets of 8-10
Will be on PHs so hopefully overtraining will be to a minimum. of course lots of food and ZZZZZZss so please critique fairly.
