I have been sick for a while but, I am better now and want to get back into the gym. I have trained on and off for the past 10 years but, I have been out of the gym for about 3 months. I am looking for a good routine for cutting. This includes cardio and lifting. can someone give an example routine that would get me the best and fastest results to get my BF back down.
I am thinking and 4 day split.
