Plus try to reduce stress and focus on relaxation and meditation. As well as some soft tissue work.

I like to leisurely swim on off days too

It depends on your definition of rest. Do you mean rest as in sleep or as in recovery between sessions?

I listen to audio of a thunder storm before bed and any time I stretch. When stretchin I try to go somewhere else in the storm in my head and completely forget about the muscles. I have gained a lot of flexibility and lowered my stress by takin my mind out of it and lettin my body just relaxe into the stretches. When my sergeant explained it to me I thought it sounded like hippie bull crap, but it has really made my day to day a lot better. Lower stress levels, more energy, less joint pain, better mood, etc.

valarian 3g route l trytophan, 1.5g melatonin,6-9mg ghrp6, primaforce zma, or magnesium at 600mg, ashwaghanda kava kava, huperzine a 100mcg - I do that every night, i tend to sleep around 12-15 hours. Also wearing a mask that blocks light helps me to. This is the best stack- throw in canabis and its over the top, dont forget wacking off.... sleep mode-via southpark
