You how when you wake up in the morning and do the big full body stretch, your muscles quiver and it feels really good?
What is this? Why do we do it, why does it feel good, and is there a phsyiological reason behind it??
I THINK that because you've been static (asleep) for 8+hrs your muscles are contracted and have less blood flow.
The quivering is from the strain/tension you get by stretching with little blood flow.
