I have just been working out about a month and want to make sure I am Lifting correctly. I am 26, about 5'8" and weight is about 170. According to mybodycomp.com I am about 25% bodyfat....I hope it's not that bad...Anyway I have read articles saying that compound body
workouts that focus on muscle groups are the way to go so I have followed this routine 3 times per week...Look o.k. Suggestions welcomed!
