    Ive always been curious as to everyones point of view for post cycle training. Say if u just got off of a bulking cycle, when ur training (lifting) do u still lift just as hard if not harder? Obviously its a bad idea to cut, so im curious what has been tried and true for all of you.


  2. Train as if you're still on, eat as if you're still on.. Cutting right after you bulk is just wrong, you can count on losing most of your new gains..

  3. Drop your volume and intensity. Keep calories high but keep them very clean.

  4. I've seen guys change training routine to every other day, every muscle, 3 reps

    not to failire..but don't whimp out...but have fun, this is a transitional phase for you body.
