ive been weight training for a long time i guess i can put up with hurting wrists from heavy lifts but this one has me cocerned. when i go heavy on incline bench my r. shoulder joint aches just for a moment when i put the weight back on the rack[245 and up] does anybody have any ideas of what could be the problem ?[i did have a shoulder cuff injury.]but this only started a few months ago on cycle.
