I don't follow any specific routine that is out there for stretching. In general I stick with dynamic stretching before lifting. The following is what I generally do:
3 rounds; 10 each
Overhead squats with a pvc pipe
And with the pvc pipe bring it up out in front of me to an overhead press position and continued around over my head until behind my back. All one arching motion with elbows locked out. (hope this makes sense, if not ask and I'll try and explain better). It really helps to loosen up my shoulders and rotator cuffs. I've had some injuries to my left shoulder and this really helps so I can do pull ups and anything over head such as presses.
Last I do about 1/4 mile jog.
