Is this a good idea or no? Does bending your knee recruit quads instead of calves? Understand I don't mean I bend then straighten them for each rep, like mini-leg presses. I just bend them as soon as I get on then don't move them again while performing my calf exercises as normal. Hmmm... I hope I didn't make that explaination too confusing.
