2 nights ago I got in a fight and ended up with a chipped tooth and busted lip. My lip seems to have gotten more swollen yesterday and looks about the same today. I've been putting ice on it periodically but that doesn't seem to help much. I know the immune system plays a large role in the healing process and high intensity lifting temporarily weakens the immune system... so what kinds of exercises can I safely do while waiting for this thing to heal? Being out of the gym is killing me.
