Help make me a training routine!

Based on my above diet and my stats below I need a decent routine to work upper body and back/chest.

Height: 5"6
Weight: 125lbs
Bench: 125ish
 
That's not lifting legs amigo... you should take a day or two off running and throw a real lifting of your legs day in first thing...

dude i told you to search and read the board, THEN ask for help..

also you went up 5lbs in 8 minutes. you were 120 in your diet post and 125 in this thread made 8 minutes later.
 
on second thought.....since you dont know what to eat, what supplements to take, or how or what to lift....i recommend you sign up with ironaddict or better yet wait for bobo's training to be up and running in a few more weeks, and sign up wiht him, you could use the help and they'll tell you how much to eat and what to train when....
