Need your tips

I'm asking for any bulking tips you guys have, whether its a nutritional tip or a lifting technique. Anything whether it's proven or not that you use to gain lean muscle. Im trying to finish up my bulking goal this year, so I'm willing to try basically anything to get there.

5x6 HEAVY weight. Or drop sets
2-Minute Rests
Compound lifts first followed by cable work
One muscle group per day
Eat Daily calories that ratio out the the weight that you want to be, not the weight that you currently are.
Protein well over body weight
Simple carbs post workout
Cardio limited. 65% of max heart rate (220-age=Max heart rate)
Eat every two hours
Go up weight every week even if its just 2.5 pounds

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. Im tired. Others can add to it.
