Need a good strength routine for a PH cycle

I'm getting ready for a 4-wk 1-test/4-ad cycle. Normally I do a simple and intense routine geared toward tall/skinny guys. I need something that will help me increase my strength, which I believe is one reason why I haven't been gaining well lately.

Hook me up w/ a routine or a link, please. :)
