Ive heard many people use many terms such as "bulking", "cutting", "getting jacked" and things like that but ive never known what they mean... obviously bulking is increasing in mass but what is "clean bulking"? i would really appreciate it if somebody could explain these terms to me and what the process of them is and the ideal order for them and add any that i may be missing thank u
 
Bulking is just basically eating everything to put mass on, clean bulking is trying to put mass on while staying at same bodyfat so u basically getting size n not much bodyfat and cutting is when you are trying to lose fat for summer or a comp.
