    I am weight training butneed help!


    I'm what's considered an ecotmorph. I want to gain mass but without the use of steroids. I have been eating 3000 cals, eating a clean diet, getting everything I need, creatiner, vitamins, protien, rest etc... btu I have not accelerated in growth? What could I do? Can anyone help? Also I was looking at an item called the T1, I might want to try that but I'm afriad I might get gyno! Any advice?

    Eat more and change your lifting routine (I suggest Iron Addict's articles) if you want to stay natural. I'm an endo/meso myself and I was eating ~4,000 calories per day when I was bulking and 3,000 is right around my maintenance. 1-test (an ingredient in T1) is a steroidal compound, it does NOT have to convert in the body. Just search and you will find a LOT of information regarding 1-test and many other compounds.
