Been noticing that a lot of my joints are cracking alot and making a lot of noise (knees, back, even my bicep when I flex).. I already take flax, but was wondering if anyone has any advice. I'm 21, so this isn't normal.
That does not sound normal. You might consider taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Here is a site that discusses them in depth and includes product evaluations as well.
Glusosamine and Chondroitin might help a little although I doubt it. I had the same problem for many years (at your age) as well. It just seemed to go away after a while. Although it will flare up again if I go too high on the volume of training for any length of time.
