Been noticing that a lot of my joints are cracking alot and making a lot of noise (knees, back, even my bicep when I flex).. I already take flax, but was wondering if anyone has any advice. I'm 21, so this isn't normal.
Glusosamine and Chondroitin might help a little although I doubt it. I had the same problem for many years (at your age) as well. It just seemed to go away after a while. Although it will flare up again if I go too high on the volume of training for any length of time.
