    Anyone bowlegged?

Just wondering if theres anyone bowlegged in here. And if you've had to adjust your training accordingly. I get bad knee pains and my knee caps pop all the time, and they pop out of place a lot too. Incredibly annoying. Its hard to find an excercise that hits the quads well. Leg extensions seem to make my knees click every rep, not sure if this is bad, just dont want it to get worse. And squats sometimes give me very deep pains in the knee.
