They may not be 100% accurate but provided you weigh yourself on the same set of scales at roughly the same time each week you will be able to see if you are losing or gaining weight. The same with calipers. Take your measurements at roughly the same time each week and you will see if you are losing fat or not. | |||

I pretty much figured they were all the same but better to ask since I have never used them, always been to skinny to worry about it. lol. The last bulking cycle I gained a good amount of weight and would like to track the fat count with it this time to help me see that part of the gain besides using the mirror. | |||
