I think my favorite all time exercise is hang cleans. What are the other favorites out there?

Deadlift and then walking lunges. Legs feel like tree trunks after long sessions of lunges.

x3 for Squats. I'd vote deadlifts but I've hurt my back doing them so its squats.

the feeling of waking up the next morning and my upper back is so stiff i cant even shrug and my traps are still tense and sore as hell... deadlifts with a long pause at lockout on the last rep of my last set. nothing else makes me feel like king kong. seriously. next time take a moment at the top to let the blood leave ur brain
