Partially tore pec about 2.5 months ago. Been doing some rehab fairly unsuccessfuly. Any press exercise from bench to shoulder press my entire right side is far weaker and still fatigues much faster. Not even up to 50% after over 2 months of rehabbing. Any supps out there that would help my rehab at all. This has been extremely frustrating. Any input helps.
