I conduct posture assessments w/ all clients, as I'm sure most of you do as well. I came across this the other day, and while I have always used somewhat similar methods to flesh out core musculature imbalances (pilates/yoga style mat exercises), for some reason I never thought to put it all together in one all-inclusive assessment. I am curious as to what you all think and if you yourselves conduct similar examinations... here's the link:
