keeping track of calorie intake is fairly simple. Adding up how much you ate that day. Now, you can easily get your bmr and go from there, but this below should assist also. Roughly (roughly) tells you how much calories you be burning, given your body weight and duration of exercise.

Good little program sage, karma for you..... not sure the accuracy of it, but I compared it with some facts in my ex. phys. books and they're *fairly* accurate, depends on a lot of factors thats wh yI stray away from such programs, but for the most part it was right on and could be a nice weapon ....
