Anybody got any info on Hannibal and his ghetto work out?

Saw this thread last night ( Invalid Link Removed ) and was amazed at these guys strength. I've hit google but cant find anything about them. If you know anything please post it. Ideally looking to find out how they train etc.

Yeah I have been down that route. I'm more interested in things like the frequency and duration of their training and also what their nutrition is like. There are a few vids of various ghetto workouts on youtube just no real info about these guys
 
That's true. I'd be interested as well.

That would be interesting, as those can make or break your progress. I feel like these guys probably break a lot of the "broscience" rules.
 
When i was in boot camp years ago, a few of us muscleheads got together and devised body weight workouts similar to these. And to be honest, i still have never been in better shape. Granted, i couldn't bench 350, but my max pushup tally was 126 and 100+ in situps. In fact, after seeing this I'm reconsidering my training regiment. I still have photos post-boot camp where I had striations in my face. Some food for thought.
