monday: Chest and triceps bicep: Incline DB press, Incline DB Flys, Bench DB press, Dips. hammer curl, Cable Curl. all 8-12 reps 3 sets.

Wednesday: Back and biceps: Pull ups 6 sets, lat pull down, deadlift. Barbel Curl, incline DB curl.

Friday: SHoulder And Legs: Shoulder Press Db. Side laterals, Rare Laterals, DB shrugs. Leg press Calf Raise.

I wana go bulk, Current using Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA and Mega Mass.
