I've been getting a pain in my knee recently and need some help in figuring out what the hell is going on. It starts in the very front of my knee, right where the knee bends and attaches to the lower leg. It happens randomly when I'm going up stairs, on the first rep of squats or leg press (stops after the first one usually), basically when i'm using my right leg to push either my body weight or when working out. again, it doesn't happen all the time. if almost feels like a tingling pain but becomes quick and sharp. makes me react real quick without thinking, like knee is giving out. any thoughts? oh, and today the was a clicking noise on leg press.
