Hey all. Been reading and posting here for less than 3 days now. But I've learned a lot. I'm trying to burn down some fat. I started tracking my diet here, and I've picked up ALRI Venom to help curb appetite and burn some fat.

Now, I'm thinking of the next piece to add, which from my research seems to be good to consider HIIT.

Since I'm paraplegic, I cannot sprint. But, I read on another forum that swimming can be substituted.

I saw this formula:

2-4 minute warmup
15 second full on
45 second mid pace
15 second full on
45 second mid pace

on and on for a bit

2-4 minute cooldown

Giving you a total of like 15 minutes.

Any thoughts on that? Comments or suggestions?
