    I would like some help on this


    I am getting back into my swimming routine. I am doing weights for 40 minutes then swimming 30 to 40 min tryin to get at least 80 laps in. I would like to know if anyone has any ideas of any workouts I can do in the pool with weights and such. Also like different speed intervals I can do. I am gonna be training a buddy of mine so he can lose some weights
