Last night I knocked out 2 PRs for chest...I ended up having a huge recovery protein shake, then a Cake Batter Blizzard from DQ....then I crashed out.

probably.. though watered down sugar ice (like italian ices) at least taste good... 7-11 cant even get the flavor right any more.
