I've only used ergopump for one workout so far but I can say that my first experience was a good one. The taste is decent ( not a fruit punch fan), the stim effect is present, focus is modest but noticeable, and the main thing I noticed is a thermogenic effect (rise in body temp)

Pump was good but I didn't use it as a standalone for pump on this occasion and it was used to supplement the N.O. Uptake, mostly for stim content and any other synergistic benefits over other Pre's I've used with Uptake.

And I'm a fan of the shirts. I have an XL and it fits big on me (unwashed) which is how I prefer my lifting shirts.

Would fit tight (ish) on someone of a similar height with a bw of ~185 is my guess.
