I am getting ready to start my 16 week contest prep in about a week. (Feb. 11th) I have been looking around and reading on a good fat burner to use during my prep. I have seen alot of good things being said about Lean Xtreme. I am 23 years old, 230lbs, and the little hand-held device says I am 19%BF. Pretty much all my bad weight is around my waist. My question is Lean Xtreme a good choice for my goals? At what point in my diet should I start using? How long can I run this product without a break? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. If there is any more info I can provide let me know.
Contest Training Split:
Monday: Chest & Cardio
Tuesday: Back & Cardio
Wednsday: Cardio
Thursday: Delts & Cardio
Friday: Arms & Cardio
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Cardio
On Training days, I will start with 30min on treadmill or eliptical post-workout. Wed. & Sun. Cardio will either be first thing in the morning after a serving of BCAAs or after breakfast.
