could take the creatine with it, but it'll most likely be a waste. If you were taking one scoop of craze, you could take some creatine afterwards as I'm certain there isn't the recommended dose of 5g of creatine in 1 scoop of craze (after all, it is a 5g blend). More than 1 scoop of craze though, I'm sure you'll be getting plenty of creatine (hell you might be getting plenty with one dose, idk the exact numbers).
This is all just personal opinion though so take it with a grain of salt. If I'm flat out wrong, someone please tell me as I don't want to be a complete fool
