Question Lean Extreme - what really is it?

    hello everyone,
i start diet and exercise few months ago.
i want to get stornger and lose weight as much a possible.

i start to take whey and i just bougth JACK3D for preworking.

for better results i start to discover all the "fat burners" thing and then i noticed that everyone use this lean extreme.

so i just want to know what is it actually?
    is it chemicals?
    everyone can use it?
can i drink it and keep taking whey and jack3d?
i would die after few years?

    thanks for the answers

At the same time? Pick one goal.

    Read the label.

    is it chemicals?

If you still aren't sure after reading the label, then search the forums.

    everyone can use it?

    Search is still your friend...

can i drink it and keep taking whey and jack3d?

    Drink Lean Extreme? Huh?

i would die after few years?

I think you REALLY need to search before going any furthur!!!

    thanks for the answers

These are legitimate sources that answer any questions you may have and have posed.

Specifically two of your questions though - yes, you can stack Lean Xtreme with jack3d and whey. And no, you won't die!

He gave you a straight answer, its not difficult to do a little research yourself and pose informed questions. Not doing so just makes you look ignorant or lazy...

Rob: I have read that cortisol modulating products indirectly inhibit aromatase as well? True?

If so, how efficacious for said purpose is LeanXtreme compared to Erase for example (which by design is to address estradol directly)

The reason I ask is I take Erase year round (I'm on TRT) and cycle LeanXtreme year round.

I am wondering if while on LeanXtreme, I should lower dosage of Erase.

    I'm not Rob, but...

Not all cortisol modulating products inhibit aromatase, no. For example, Lean Xtreme has no AI properties, whereas Erase does - 7-keto DHEA is NOT the same as 3,7-keto DHEA. That said, Lean Xtreme will help with cortisol control, but have NO AI effects - unlike Erase, which has BOTH.

Nice to see another individual who uses Erase as a staple (in fact, currently this is the longest I have been withOUT it) - curious as to what dosage you use?

As far as stacking Lean Xtreme and Erase, I don't recommend stacking two products with cortisol control properties together, and if you do, to DEcrease the dosage of one OR both of them. I personally see no need for you to cycle Lean Xtreme when you perpetually use Erase, but if you choose to continue to do so, then I recommend dropping your Erase dosage to only 1-2 caps a day when using Lean Xtreme dosage 3-4 caps a day.

There is actually some research pointing to a mild anti-aromatase effect from 7OH. Hard to say how significant it is though.
