    Lean Extreme and Fat Burner


    Just got my two bottles of Lean Extreme, I am so excited to toss this into my stack when I cut for the summer. I also want to use a non-stim fat burner such as PES's Shift. What sort of schedule should I adopt when dosing these two. Side note: I will be using Glycobol as well but that is self explanatory.

    Do I need to does apart from each other? Ive never used a cortisol controlling agent before.

    Just follow the dosing/timing instructions for all products as directed - they are on the product labels.

    This is what I personally recommend re dosing/timing:

    Lean Xtreme
    Training Days
    Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing
    Dose 2 - 1 cap ~40 min pre-training
    Dose 3 - 1 cap immediately post-training
    Dose 4 - 1 cap pre-bed
    Non-Training Days
    Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing
    Dose 2 - 1 cap ~4 hours post-Dose 1
    Dose 3 - 1 cap post-dinner
    Dose 4 - 1 cap pre-bed

    Shift
    Dose 1 - 1-2 caps first thing
    Dose 2 - 1-2 caps 6-8 hours post-Dose 1
    Dose 3 (optional - only if Dose 1 or Dose 2 is 1 cap) - 1 cap pre-bed
    Note that four caps a day is the maximum recommended re dosage for Shift.

    Glycobol
    Dose 1-3 caps up to three times daily 15-30 minutes pre-meals.

    With the Lean Xtreme, if you run it at 4 caps/day keep an eye out for joint soreness. If you start to feel this then drop the dose down some. That is one of the only side effects anyone reports with Lean Xtreme. I personally have never had to go above 2 or 3 caps/day. Everyone is different though.

    Good to know, I supplement with Glucosamine right now, I dont have regular joint problems but I use it as a precautionary measure.
