AX, TZ dosing for late night workouts

  1. AX, TZ dosing for late night workouts

    I work evenings and usually get off around 9pm, I usually make it to the gym between 930 and 10pm.

    My question. Is there an optimal time to dose AX and TZ to better fit my later workouts? I have a feeling that timing shouldn't really matter, but I just wanted to make sure.

    I was planning on doing 2 caps AX, 2 caps TZ upon waking followed by 2 caps AX, 1 cap TZ at 5pm.

  2. You can Just keep the dosing it the way you have set up there. That will work perfect. You want to keep the doses within about a 10-12 hour time frame.
