1-AD: 6-8 weeks at 300-400mg/day
Maybe add 1,4AD: 10 weeks at 1g/day
Goals: lean bulk (based mostly on diet) and strength increases
Training regimen: Upper/Lower/Off/Upper/Lower/Off/Off
Off days may consist of cardio training to keep heart healthy. Also, if not feeling sore or overtrained, may throw in a random arm day on weekends.
What do you guys think about this? Think the 1-AD is safe to run for 8 weeks? Think the 1,4AD is a waste, or a good addition to a solo 1-AD cycle?
