Havoc+MMv3..

HI there, this is my first ph cycle
Im 25 15% BF 75kg


I have 1 bottle of Havoc = 90 caps
And 1 of mmv3 = 135

I was thinking of an 4 week cycle 20\30\40\40 and 5 caps of MMv3 daily
But i dont know if i can get the max results of this,maybe doing the havoc cycle and immediately after the mmv3 one?
Or another alternative of dosing

My cycle supports supps are on check also my pct.

Help me on this one guys,

Well your determined not to buy another havoc so I can't help you....4 weeks is worthless, 1 bottle of mmv3 is also pointless....

I must agree I am a huge fan of both 3-Alpha-Hydroxyetioallocholan-17-one and 2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol but you have to dose the former rather high and I wont run less then 5 weeks of Epistane and I prefer a real minimum of 6 weeks.

Im using T3 4-5 weeks
Clen 2 weeks on\Yohimbine 2 weeks off
IF diet.


I dont expect big gains

Don't expect anything from mmv3, by the time epi really kicks in the cycle would be over on just 4 weeks....just spend an extra 30 bucks for another bottle, thank me later
