Winny on first cycle?

I have a buddy who just started using gear at 500mgs of test a week and 400mgs of eq, he got his hands on some winny and now wants to run it near the end of his cycle. Ive told him not to because I think you should keep a first cycle very simple. Anyone think its ok to use winny to finish off a first cycle??
