I'm new to this forum, but not to AAS use. I plan on using this as a log for an Anavar only cycle. Please no flaming, its not needed here. I'm doing this to inform newbies, or anyone else interested, on the results and possible sides of Anavar (oxandrolone). I should be getting my gear sometime this week.
Stats:
Age 26
Height 6'0
Weight 190
B/F 14% (14.6 but I'm being nice to myself haha)
Weight training since 16 on and off, serious for last 7 months. May be too soon to cycle, but I'm doing it anyways.
My plan is to drop bf % and maintain strength and hopefully add some good quality lean mass. Im not expecting to get huge, just a little more toned.
I have to possible options to cycle this:
OPTION 1
Week 1-8 50mg ED split into 2 doses (25mg morning, 25 mg night)
OPTION 2
Week 1-6 75mg ED split into 3 doses (25mg morning, 25mg pre workout, 25mg night)

Creatine Monohydrate
Whey protein
Cassein Protein
Multi V
Fish Oils
Planned Workout: (all sets are 15, 12, 10 reps)
Monday: Chest and Biceps
Flat Barbell Bench, 3 sets
Incline Barbell bench, 2 sets
Decline Barbell Bench, 3 sets
Flys (Flat, Incline, Decline alternating every week) 3 sets
Barbell Curls, 3 sets
21s, 3 sets
Hammer Curl, 3 sets
Wheel Curl, 3 sets
Cardio 15 mins (maybe longer if the var shin pumps arent that bad)
Abs Machine, 3 sets
Hanging leg raises, 3 sets
Tuesday: Quads
Leg extensions, 3 sets
Lunges
Squats, 3 sets
Calf Raises, 3 sets
Abs (same)
Wednesday: Back
Pulldowns, 3 sets
Pulldown Behind Neck, 3 sets
Seated Rows, 3 sets (Will try and alternate with bent over rows)
Hyperextensions, 3 sets of 15 reps with 25lb plate
Dumbell rows, 3 sets
Dead Lifts, 3 sets
Cardio 15 mins
Abs
Thursday: Shoulders and Triceps
Seated Military Press, 3 sets
lateral Raises, 3 sets
Front Raises, 3 sets
Reversed Flys, 3 sets
Cable Shoulder Press, 3 sets
Cable Laterals, 3 sets
Tri Pulldowns, 3 sets
Overhead Extensions, 3 sets
Dips, 3 sets
Friday: Hamstrings
Lying leg curls, 3 sets
Leg Press, 3 sets
Single leg curl, 3 sets
Calf Raises, 3 sets
Seated Calf raises, 3 sets
Abs
SAT OFF
SUN OFF
I did it this way so i can train everything 2x a week without being too fatigued and i hate missing gym days, thats why theres no break.
I will do before and after pics and hopefully update with a pic every week.
My journey will begin by Friday hopefully!
