I am going on week 5 starting monday of a sd and epi cycle. sd at 10/20/20/20/0/0 and epi at 0/0/20/30/40/50. My right nipple has been getting noticeably puffy. It doesn't hurt itch or anything. just is noticeably puffy. Especially in comparison to my left. I have two month full supplies of nolva. Is the puffiness actually gyno or is that just a side effect of durring the cycle of sd? should i start the nolva? or is epi enough for now till pct because it is serm-like? any input would be great, thanks guys
